It is my favourite game by far buy it! it is worth it!

total waste of my money

i can not complete any levels because the four finger, middel finger and ring finger dont work and also tell apple to make a cpu that has working controls and has right clik

I would say that this is the best game that I have ever played on my computer! keep it up you should make some more surgan simulator and I enjoy the Ailon one it is so fun!

its a hard game but i think its worth it!

cool idea, people keep talking about how its fun because its difficult, but its difficult cause nothing actually works. you grab stuff (you dont actually grab stuff, another wonderful part of the game) and somehow if you can magically manage to get it to do something resembling a normal human movement, you preform murder, and then win or lose, depending on how you look at it. not fun. dont buy unless you enjoy laughing at bad game movements.

great game but i cant even finish the first level. when i place the heart the music stops and i cant exit unless i forse quit fix it plase

this game is just so funny I never thought doing a heart transplant would be so entertaning but they should add the eye and teeth transplant

I can’t read any of the writing on the main menu (on the clipboard), theres no letters or anything, i got to just guess where to click to start playing, other then that, it is an awesome game

I love this game, but when i complete the first level all music stops and i cant acces the menu. You need to fix this.

PLEASE FIX THESE THINGS hi i called trisha and i went to space. I finished all space levels and went to the alien level. And then i exit the game and opened it other day. When i opened i saw that there is only ambulance section is there. I cant see any ‘space’ thing there. So am i supposed to call her and play every single level again ? and i cant see all my achievements ( finished heart kidney and brain surgeon in the space ) in the game center. Hope you will fiz these issue’s. Wanna see team fortress levels too :) thanks.

this game is awosome and a you can do real surgurys or mess around in your office but this game is defiently worth 10$

Its hard using the track pad on the laptops, its better if you have a mouse. There are also no guidelines or assistance throughout the surgeries, it would be a great help. I couldnt even get through the first surgery. It is very realistic and graphic, prepare yourselves.

The hand is too sensitive, even when you turn the sensitivity off. The hand is knocking everything over, not steady, and hard to control. Cant pick anything up, and when it does, it knocks everything over. How do you get the hand to be UP and away from other things.
